Phoenix Construction’s top priority is workplace safety, both on the field and in the office. Our safety record is testimony to this claim as we consistently exceed industry standards. Phoenix is happy to boast about a full time corporate safety person on staff which can only ensure continued improvement and innovation.

We are 100% committed to a health and safety program that protects our employees, visitors, and general public on all of our sites and property from injuries, illness or damage. Phoenix works endlessly to ensure our Safety Program is applied with continuity and consistency in all areas of work.

Before any Contractor is allowed to begin work on a Phoenix Construction project, they are required to attend a safety orientation meeting held by Phoenix’s Safety Coordinator and/or the on-site Management team. Phoenix uses this opportunity to review the requirements of the mandatory Safety Program and outline what is expected of every subcontractor on the project.
At Phoenix Construction it is recognized that safety does not come before production, and is not lesser than production, but works hand in hand. For this reason, Management takes great care to train our staff so they can work safely. We expect our employees to actively participate every day, in every situation as it is necessary for the safety excellence that this Company strives for.

Our objective is to have an incident free workplace. Our goal is to work so as to be injury free.
