Howard
Beamish - President, Principal Owner

Howard has an excellent reputation in dealing with and coordinating sub-trades,
and working with architects, engineers and clients. His years of experience
provides him with the depth to complete projects on time and on budget.
He overlooks & supervises the daily operations of field personnel
and day-to-day operations and on the go projects.
Doug Davies, C.E.T. - Vice-President, Principal

Doug is a graduate of Construction Engineering Technology at NAIT. He
has had hands on experience throughout the industry in all aspects of
construction. The acquired knowledge has been essential in the success
of Phoenix Construction Inc. Doug now, is involved with the daily operation
of Phoenix Construction including: office management, design build methods,
estimating & award of contracts and customer relations.
Ray
Dunham, C.E.T., C.I.M - Estimator/Project Manager

Ray's responsibility is in business development of design/build projects.
He has been part of the construction industry for over thirty years primarily
in sales and management. Ray is an Engineering Technologist and has earned
a diploma from the Canadian Institute of Management.
Gerry
Kroening - Estimator/Project Manager

Gerry's training and experience bring the company a competitive edge in
the areas of estimating, sub-trade bid comparison and on-sight work coordination. His exposure ranges from major contractors to proprietor tradesmen,
giving him the experience from which to make decisions and coordinate
company activities. Gerry is a Journeyman Carpenter and has a Construction
Supervision Certificate (MERIT Contractors), Red Deer College certificates
for introduction to Contract Law, Avoiding Construction Disputes and Microsoft
Project Scheduling.
Terry
Beamish - Controller/Office Manager

Terry provides the company with an excellent reporting system both in
the areas of job cost control and corporate accounting. The timelines
and accuracy of her work combined with her in-depth knowledge of her programs
provide excellent tools for the company to work with.
Sharon Allen - Office Administrator/Bookkeeper
sallen@phoenix-construction.net
Sharon's qualifications include managing all aspects of the accounting
department and payroll. She provides office management and subtrade communications.
Sharon has an "Accounting and Financial Management" diploma from Red Deer
College.
Jennifer
Kadutski - Administrative Assistant

Jennifer's area of expertise are word processing and data entry, office
administration and payroll. She also provides assistance with project
management, accounts payable transactions and helps out with the company
safety program. Jennifer has a "Legal Assistant" diploma from
Red Deer College.
